New Zealand has a long and well-earned reputation as a producer of some of the world’s finest honeys.

More than 10 floral honey types are produced commercially in New Zealand, these are known as mono-floral varieties. Beekeepers can also create interesting and unique blends by either placing bee hives in certain locations, so the honey bee combines nectar from different flowers, or by blending honey's in the packing plant.

Situated in the unspoilt South Pacific, where the air is fresh and clean, bees gather nectar from clover flowers and a variety of native plants. Many of these flowers are found nowhere else in the world and yield honey that is unique in flavour, texture and quality.
